We carry that care and effort into shipping your purchase to prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your hand crafted treats, ensuring each order is carefully packaged and shipped.

That means special packaging to ensure the product arrives to your doorstep intact, and in insulated packaging when the weather requires a little extra care.

XO’Xocolati Shipping Information

We ship product to arrive in a timely manner to its destination, keeping in mind the best interest of the product. Orders received are typically processed and shipped the same day but may take longer to process during our peak seasons. To avoid having the product sit in a non-conducive environment (especially over a weekend) we take liberty in adjusting its ship date.

The typical transit time for standard shipping is 1-3 days. However, based on the carrier’s holiday season traffic and schedules, this time frame may vary. If you require an earlier delivery, please call 952-324-6421 to discuss the options and pricing.

We are happy to offer insulated packaging for each order and free shipping for orders over $100.

Order tracking details, for tracking and anticipation of arrival, are sent to customers via e-mail once the order has shipped. Our shipping partner has our permission to leave packages at the recipient’s address if no one is available to sign for them. XO’Xocolati is not responsible for packages that are missing, stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

XO’Xocolati is not responsible for delayed, returned or failed deliveries when:

  1. Customer provides incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address(es);
  2. Recipient is out of town or not available, or
  3. Recieving business is closed or not available.

At this time, XO’Xocolati is only available for shipping within the continental U.S.
Please note, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

XO’Xocolati Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have your receipt, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, untampered.

Perishable goods such as food are not eligible for return.

Our return policy does not apply to wedding favors or custom-made items.
