Shell: 70% Dark chocolate.
Filling: Raspberry gel: raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, red wine vinegar (raspberry flavour (4%) preservative sodium bisulphite), agar agar, pectin. Ganache: 70% dark chocolate, glucose, water.

Our chocolates are crafted without preservatives and have a shelf life of up to four weeks.
