Shell: 70% Dark Chocolate.
Filling: 70% dark chocolate, heavy cream, glucose, cinnamon, cayenne pepper. Caramel: granulated sugar, heavy cream, butter (pasteurized cream, salt), glucose, sea salt. Dark chocolate ganache: dark chocolate, glucose, heavy cream.

Shelf Life
